| Synopsis: | This training gives Psychologist, Counsellors, Social Workers a basic introduction and understanding into supervising a new or Level 1 clinician on their clinical and case management work. It teaches participants the basic Knowledge and skills needed to be a competent supervisor. To understand as clinical supervisor ethical issues, relationship building with a supervisee and supervisee personal development.

| Suitable For: | Psychologist, Counsellors, Social Workers a basic introduction and understanding into supervising a new or Level 1 clinician on their clinical and case management work.
Participants are required to have at least 3 years of work experience as a clinician.
